1. Brightness of the display stage screen
To display information correctly in an environment, there must be sufficient brightness to ensure the actual contrast of the image. So, according to the different usage environments, the display screen must have corresponding brightness to ensure.
After the display screen is put into use, the brightness of the LED tube as the light source begins to decay. When the brightness decays to half of the initial brightness, according to the definition, the lifespan of the display screen ends. So the rate of brightness decay is one of the important performance indicators of a display screen.
2. Consistency of Display Screen Colors
When displaying base colors, the brightness and chromaticity of each color are consistent, and when displaying white, there are no impurities. This is the foundation for ensuring the correct restoration of color information from the information source.
In the early stages of using a display screen, color consistency should generally be ensured. With the attenuation of LED tubes during use, the individual differences in semiconductor devices and LED production processes result in different attenuation curves for each LED tube, leading to a decrease in color consistency of the display screen over time. Based on the above two basic evaluation criteria, we can reach a consensus with customers that one of the important factors in evaluating the intrinsic quality of a display screen is the selection of LED tubes: low attenuation rate and good consistency of attenuation curve. To ensure this, firstly, LED light manufacturers need to have excellent manufacturing processes, and secondly, the entire production process of the display screen should not be affected by static electricity on the LED tubes.
