In recent years, outdoor LED displays have become the darling of outdoor media advertising. For commercial customers, effective maintenance can ensure long-term stable operation of outdoor LED screens, thereby avoiding interference with daily use due to equipment failures. The following are the details that outdoor LED displays should pay attention to during use:
(1) Switching sequence:
A: First, turn on the control computer to ensure its normal operation, and then turn on the outdoor LED display screen;
B: First turn off the outdoor LED display screen, then turn off the computer;
(2) If fractures or other damages are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner, especially screws, pins, load-bearing beams, etc;
(3) Regularly inspect the surface of products and steel structure welding points for any peeling or rusting of anti-corrosion and anti rust paint. If there is peeling or rusting, timely spray anti rust paint or apply anti rust paste;
(4) The power supply should be stable and have good grounding protection. Do not use it under harsh natural conditions, especially strong lightning weather. Regularly check the reliability of lightning rods and grounding systems;
(5) During the rainy season, inspections should be conducted to determine if there is any water leakage;
(6) Regularly check for skin damage or biting on power and signal cables;
(7) Check the product distribution system every six months;
(8) Outdoor LED displays exposed to outdoor environments for a long time are prone to dust contamination. Alcohol can be used for wiping, or a brush or vacuum cleaner can be used for dust removal, but it cannot be directly wiped with a damp cloth;
(9) Test each individual function such as start, stop, brightness adjustment, program list, etc. according to the automatic preset mode of the large screen;
(10) Outdoor LED display screens should have a daily rest time of more than 2 hours and be used at least once a week during the rainy season. Turn on the screen at least once a month and keep it lit for at least 2 hours
